The St. Ursula Academy and St. John’s Jesuit golf teams were crowned champions of the first-ever TRAC golf championships held September 28 at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green.


St. Ursula won the girl’s championship tournament with a score of 334. Medalist for the event was Alex Graf from St. Ursula with a score of 82. As St. Ursula swept all the TRAC girl’s golf events this year, they are the conference champions.

Going into the championship match, Findlay had a slim lead over St. John’s for first place in the conference standings. Findlay had 33 points for the season, while St. John’s had 30. Fremont Ross and St. Francis were tied with 27 points, followed by Clay with 18, Central Catholic 12 and Whitmer with a score of 10.5.
