St. John’s 54, Fremont Ross 50

FREMONT — Marc Loving hit a shot with 20 seconds left to put the Titans ahead 52-50, and Tarvis Malone sealed the Three Rivers Athletic Conference boys basketball win with two free throws in the final second.

Loving, a junior, finished with 19 points and has 1,013 for his career for the Titans (11-3, 7-2 TRAC).

D.J. Bonds added 16 points for St. John’s, which trailed 27-22 at half, but tied it at 40 after three quarters.

Diante Pettiford, Jay Carnicom, and Nick Streacker each scored 13 for Ross (6-7, 4-5).

Central Catholic 65, St. Francis 28

Keith Trowbridge led the Irish (11-3, 7-2) at home with 16 points and Nate Harris had 13.

Cameron White had 11 for St. Francis de Sales (1-12, 1-8 TRAC).

Lima Senior 85, Oregon Clay 75

LIMA — Tyler White scored 22 points at the Spartans (3-9, 2-6) pulled away in the fourth quarter. Domonique Ward added 16.

Clay, which trailed just 58-57 after three quarters, got 16 points from Patricc Booth, and 15 from Jack Nagy.

Ross Achter added 14. Derek Belkover and James Demeo each had 11.
